In financial services, security cannot be a layer added at the end. It has to be the shape of the system itself. Finbium is designed so that the component making the decisions is also the component that keeps them safe.
The engine is a compiled binary, every module routes through it, and the critical path runs over internal IPC inside the institution’s environment — never the public internet. The result is an architecture that behaves the way core banking and payment-security systems are expected to behave.
How it's built

A hardened, compiled core
The engine is a compiled binary, and every module must route through it to produce any output. A compromised outer layer yields nothing useful on its own — the intelligence is never exposed in a form that can be lifted or tampered with.
Internal-network only
The critical path runs inside the institution's environment over internal IPC, never the public internet. There are no internet-facing endpoints on the path that evaluates and decides on your transactions.
Modelled on financial-grade practice
The posture mirrors how core banking and payment-security components are actually built — the same standards the most security-sensitive environments in finance already require of the systems they trust.
Data stays in your environment
Finbium is built for on-premises and in-environment deployment. Your transaction data does not leave your control, and the institution remains the custodian of its own information.
Validated before go-live
Models are exercised in a dedicated simulation and validation environment that replays real-world transaction scenarios at scale — so behaviour is understood and calibrated before anything reaches production.
